FIONA (www.sparking together.com) is a cognitive computing cloud platform.

FIONA joins together different artificial intelligence technologies with the purpose of creating an intelligent virtual robot assistant.

This project aims to introduce FIONA’s technology in China. For this, we need a Chinese partner that contributes with the necessary knowledge so that the virtual robots developed with FIONA adapt to the particularities of Chinese language. This includes:

•  Chinese ASR (asynchronous speech recognition)
• Chinese TTS (text to speech)

Chinese AIML or equivalent.
