We had developed several interesting technologies. The first is the carp with enriched content of Omega 3 fatty acids. The trade mark of this carp is Omega 3 carp and is produced by our faculty. I sell this carps to the hypermarkets in the CZ or I´m selling the licence for the breading of Omega 3 carp to Czech fishery companies. The second technology is Sturgeon Friendly Caviar. This technology is TOP know-how for production of black caviar from ovulated sturgeon eggs. The trade mark is Sturgeon Friendly Caviar, because we dont need to kill the female, but we can harvest eggs form the bely and then transform eggs to the caviar.
