Ian has worked in Telecommunications for over 26 years,In March 2012 Ian was unanimously elected as the Chair of the Technical Working Group at Continua, managing the expert group to deliver the Design Guidelines that form the basis of Interoperable healthcare standards that are increasingly being adopted globally. Leading on from driving the mobility and technology groups in Continua Ian was appointed VP of the Personal Connected Health Alliance in 2014.Ian is also a leading contributor to the GSMA mHealth task force where he represents the mobile industry at the EU & COCIR Working Groups on medical software on regulatory impact and business models for mHealth.

Michael J. Kirwan is the Technical Operations Director at the Personal Connected Health Alliance (PCHA) and Continua – a membership-driven company focused on developing an eco-system of interoperable personal connected health devices. Through working with Standards bodies and industry experts, Continua publishes certification standards built upon international criteria from IEEE, HL7, IHE, WSI, Bluetooth, USB, NFC and ZigBee. Michael works directly with the Test and Certification and Technical Working Groups at Continua and is also the Co-Chair of the IEEE 11073 PHD WG.

Dr. Kongkiat Kespechara is the hospital director of Bangkok Hospital Phuket. His professional at Bangkok Hospital Phuket started in year 1999, when he was assigned to Executive Representative for Quality Management (QMR), and Infectious Control Physician. He was also appointed in charge of IT manager during that time. Prof. Youngho Kim has worked in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Yonsei University, South Korea since 1998. He is currently in charge of Biomechanics and Rehabilitation Engineering Laboratory and Motion analysis laboratory in the Institute of Medical Engineering. He is also a former president of Korean Biomechanics Society. He has strong interests in the area of rehabilitation engineering for the elderly or disabled people and published 164 peer-reviewed papers in major international scientific journals. In 2007, Xueqin Jia graduated from the College of information science and engineering, Northeastern University, received a professional doctorate in testing technology and automation equipment. From 2008 to 2010, she was in the postdoctoral workstation union of China Unicom Group and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Then, she worked at China Unicom Research Institute on the Internet of things and mobile health industry technology and standardization research for a long time. Now she is the deputy speaker of the ITU standardization Bureau (ITU-T) SG20, team leader of CCSA TC11 "mobile Internet + health”, a think-tank experts of China’s Wisdom Health Industry Alliance.

He is a CX(Customer experience) designer from South Korea and currently working at the HIMS that produces medical/ healthcare products and a system.His role as a designer in a medical/ healthcare based company is to hide all technical and professional terms, which is relatively difficult, but demonstrate what people really need easily and instinctively. Eventually, users will be more motivated and engaged in products and service then whole ecosystem becomes sustainable.

Worked in SK Hynix which is a semiconductor manufacturer in Korea as an engineer of product development department and a senior manager of field application engineering department for 16 years. Major in university is electric engineering. Transferred to Marubun semiconductor which is semiconductor trading company in Japan. I worked for this company as a managing director of Shanghai and Hong Kong branch for around 10 years. I joined HILARIS in 2015 which is providing healthcare service systems as a vice president of business planning department. HILARIS is a company which is producing medical and exercise equipments and supplying healthcare service system.
